In my early 30s, I discovered a love for running. Each step improved my physical and mental health - I was hooked. This passion soon led me to strength training, at first by attending simple classes and trying new things.
However it was when I began to seriously lift, push and pull heavy weights under professional guidance, and by furthering my own expertise in this field, that I saw serious gains. My most notable achievement after taking this approach was shaving 43 minutes off my marathon time.
Iām now a Level 3 Run Coach, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and am currently studying to become a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. I bring my passion, knowledge and skills to others and help them reach their personal best.
