Personal training

Bespoke 1:1 personal training sessions delivered in person in Letchworth Garden City. Sessions will be designed following a consultation and establishing your goals. Various packages available, with 1-hour sessions starting from £38. Ask me about remote personal training if this would better suit you.

Run coaching

An individual run plan designed according to your goals and training history. Can be delivered entirely remotely or with the option to occasionally meet and run together in Letchworth Garden City. Both options include fortnightly calls to check in and regular WhatsApp chat. Runs are programmed via an app that syncs directly to your watch. £60 per month (discounted for PT clients).
