I believe that fitness is unrelated to our appearance. However, goals that relate to this are valid. As a coach, I focus on mobility, speed, strength and endurance to get you where you want to be. We will work together towards your goals in a way that is truly sustainable.

As well as your fitness and strength goals, I will support you in terms of:

  • What your body can accomplish

  • How fitness enhances your daily life

  • Where overall wellbeing is improved

Whether run coaching or personal training, I provide a non-judgemental and empathetic service.
